I’m Sylvia Browning, and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the past decade. Over these years, I’ve had the privilege of working with families, couples, individuals, and adolescents, guiding them on their unique journeys of healing and empowerment.
My career began in Early Childhood Education, where I provided support to children and families through a variety of programs. My experience spans the private sector and hospital settings, where I’ve helped individuals navigate a wide range of concerns, including crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, anger management, psychosis, substance abuse, and relapse prevention.

As a hands-on counselor, my goal is to walk with you on your journey to a well-balanced life. I believe that we already possess everything needed to succeed, and counseling serves as a guide to uncovering the light within ourselves. Sometimes, we just need a little help finding that light.
When you don’t know what else to do, it’s my prayer that together, we can find the answers. Life’s unexpected twists and turns can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Therapy can help you get back on track when life’s struggles cause a detour.
